You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Custom items
Made-to-order items (custom sizes or embroidery) cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
